All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Items


We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at diamondinfusedco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Once verified, we’ll happily replace the defective item or issue store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.


Order Cancellations


Because items are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.


Final Sale Items


All clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
